Terms and Conditions for the Online store

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASES.

Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your use of this Site and the purchase of products by you through this Site. By using this Site, placing an order with us, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). The Terms and Conditions shall supplement any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by us. We reserve the right to make changes to this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy
Payment shall be made by a credit card or wire transfer. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the order or our offer to sell. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. We may require, at our option, that any order placed over certain euro amounts receive our pre-approval. We also may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card or wire transfer has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card or bank account in the amount of the charge.

Product Availability
We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipment of all products ordered via the Online Store is done from Advancare, SL in Spain. Zolertia uses various courier companies and customs agencies (for International shipments) deliveries. Zolertia is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment can take up to 12 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.

Out of Stock items
Orders with "OUT OF STOCK" item, may be delayed or cancelled.

Payment
Payment of all items purchased via the Online store is credit card or wire transfer. Credit cards accepted are VISA, Mastercard and American Express using PayPal.
All the prices are listed in Euros and the amount charged will be in Euros, any other currency values are subject to fluctuations.

Wire transfer may need additional verifications and can delay the order up to 20 days. Any fees charged by the sending bank are your responsibility. Please make sure that the amount sent to us covers both our invoice and your bank fees.

We recommend that you e-mail sales@zolertia.com with the amount of the transfer and the invoice you are paying.

Trademarks and Copyright Notice
Zolertia, Z1, Z1 Discovery Kit, Z1 Professional Kit, Z1 Starter Kit and Zolertia and Z1 logo designs are trademarks of Advancare, SL. Other brands and product names on this site may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.

Product Warranty
All Zolertia products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of shipment. This warranty does not include damage resulting from accident or misuse. The warranty is also void if the product is modified.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the implied warranties of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, whether arising by law, custom or conduct, and the rights and remedies provided under this warranty are exclusive and in lieu of any other rights or remedies. In no event shall Advancare, SL be liable for consequential damages.

If you believe that your product is defective while still under warranty, contact Zolertia by e-mail at support@zolertia.com, or by phone at 0034935820270. Once the support desk confirms that the product is defective, we will issue you an RMA number and will replace your defective product.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized by Advancare, SL.

Contact support@zolertia.com or call 0034935820270 for a Return Authorization Number. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any merchandise returned without a RMA number will be rejected.

Unopened Product
Zolertia will take back any unopened product for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Just call or e-mail us for a RMA number and ship the product back to Zolertia prepaid and we will refund your credit card as soon as we receive and inspect the returned goods. Products that are returned are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge (minimum 10€). We do not accept returns after 30 days.

Product under Warranty

We shipped the wrong product
Contact us at support@zolertia.com, or call 0034935820270. We will give you an RMA number and send you the right product immediately. We will pay all shipping charges.

Taxation and duties
All Spanish customers will be charged 16% VAT, international customers will not be charged taxes, companies inside EU will be charged 16% VAT in case they don’t provide a valid European VAT ID.

Goods shipped to an international destination may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
